1504 W Jefferson St closes intersection for 12-inch water main break

Louisville Water (applicant Brad Walter McBride) is on emergency repair duty at the intersection of 15th and Jefferson after a 12-inch water main broke the morning of Jan. 6, forcing a closure that affects 1504 W Jefferson St — the property owned by Mohiuddin Shaik M — and requiring a single 35 x 35-foot street excavation. Work started Jan. 7 and runs through Jan. 30 with road and sidewalk closures in place, restoration per LMPW utility policy planned (utility markings will be removed), and Joe Schmitt listed as the project manager for questions.
