1947 FRANKFORT AVE encroachment permit issued for water service work

Louisville Water, represented by Brad Walter McBride, will be installing new water services at 1947 Frankfort Ave on property owned by Clifton Baptist Church. The work runs Jan. 15–Feb. 20, 2026, and will take place one lane at a time (starting on the north side and moving south) with flaggers and traffic control; crews will make one 25x8 street cut and one 5x5 sidewalk cut, plate the road each night, and have requested eight no-parking signs.
