7110 Ethan Allen Way encroachment permit issued to close eastbound curb lane
Kaitlyn Downs of Louisville Gas and Electric is planning a small repair for a gas leak at 7110 Ethan Allen Way that will require one 3' x 5' dirt cut and a temporary closure of the eastbound curb lane. The excavation work is scheduled Jan. 15–Feb. 12, 2026 (no full road closure), will be restored under LMPW’s utility restoration policy, and lists Wood Shawn M as the property owner.
