2606 Granger Rd encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure and dirt cut
Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) is set to do gas work near 2606 Granger Rd on property owned by Brenda Soto. They’ve applied to close the eastbound curb lane on Granger Road between Hogan Lane and Slate Drive from January 15 to February 12, 2026 to perform one 3' x 5' dirt cut, which will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy.
