Applicant Andrew Case of Case Holdings LLC is putting up a single-section scaffold to tuckpoint and cosmetically repair less than 50 square feet of masonry on the façade at 1100 Logan St. The sidewalk (11 feet wide) will be partially encroached by about 6 feet with no roadway closure needed; Graves Masonry LLC will do the one-week repair from Jan. 13–20, 2026, and there’s no digging—if any sidewalk gets damaged a full slab will be replaced.
