822 S Floyd St: Close SB curb and driving lane west side for water service

Louisville Water, via applicant Brad Walter McBride, is installing a new water service at 822 S Floyd St for owner Louisville Jefferson County Metro Government, which requires two 5x5 cuts (one street, one dirt). Work between S. Brook and S. Preston will close the southbound curb and driving lane on the west side (sidewalk closure as well), with traffic control, flaggers, a plated roadway at the end of each shift, and six requested no-parking signs; crews plan to work 01/14/2026–02/13/2026 and will restore the site per LMPW utility policy.
