1227 S 41ST ST encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure and dirt cut
Louisville Gas and Electric (LGE) is planning a small excavation to repair a gas leak at 1227 S 41st St, and the property owner is Donna L. Mattingly. LGE will close the northbound curb lane on S 41st St between Fordson Way and Virginia Ave to perform one 3' x 5' dirt cut (work scheduled Jan. 14–Feb. 11, 2026), and the area will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy.
