7016 Breakwater Pl Encroachment Permit for valve replacement and road closure
Louisville Water Company is planning a gate valve replacement on the south side of Breakwater Place at 7016 Breakwater Place, a property owned by the Patricia M. Hafendorfer Revocable Trust. Work by Mac Construction is scheduled for Jan. 11–Apr. 25, 2026, will close the south side of the road (plates will cover the trench and the road will be reopened at the end of each shift), and residents and city agencies were notified in advance with a restoration plan to follow LMPW utility policy.
