13208 BESSELS BLVD Encroachment curb cut permit for residential driveway

Applicant Larry Smith, on behalf of owner LS Builders LLC, has applied for an encroachment permit to cut a new curb for a residential driveway at 13208 Bessels Blvd. The plan calls for an asphalt curb cut with the portion in the public right-of-way limited to 20 feet and built of a hard, durable surface; outside the ROW the driveway may cover up to 50% of the lot (up to 32 feet), must lead to the rear yard or garage, and a sidewalk is required. Work is scheduled to start January 6, 2026 and is expected to take roughly 26 days.
