4516 Dearing Ave encroachment permit for curb lane closure and pole removal
Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) is planning a utility pole removal that will close the eastbound curb lane on Dearing Ave between Meadow Ave and Orchard Ave near 4516 Dearing Ave. The property is owned by BT Property LLC, the work is scheduled Jan. 13–Feb. 10, 2026, and the single pole cut will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy.
