1126 ORCHARD AVE encroachment permit issued for LGE pole work
Louisville Gas and Electric plans to close the eastbound curb lane on Orchard Ave between Dearing Ave and Preston Hwy for work near 1126 Orchard Ave. They’ll excavate to install four new utility poles and replace one, with cuts restored under LMPW’s utility restoration policy; work is scheduled 01/13/2026–02/10/2026, the property owner is BT Property LLC, and line transfers/pole removals will be coordinated through the NJUNS notification system.
