2646 Olive Street encroachment permit to create new driveway

APK Development and Construction is seeking an encroachment curb-cut to install an asphalt driveway at 2646 Olive St for owner Davis Brandt S. The permit spells out that any portion in the right-of-way can’t exceed 20' and must be a hard, durable surface, while off-ROW paving can be up to 50% of the lot width (maximum 32%); the new drive must lead to the garage or rear yard. Work is scheduled to begin 01/05/2026 and the application is currently in progress.
