101 W Main St applied for encroachment permit to park one vehicle
Meredith Wreford of White Lodging has filed an encroachment permit to allow one vehicle for Hotel Distil’s visiting group (UVA Men's Basketball) to park at reserved/bagged meters in the 100 block of 1st Street for guests of 101 West Main Street. The owner is LOUWEXY LLC, the reservation runs January 12–13, 2026, and the record notes the property has individual landmark status so written UD approval is required.
