Meredith Wreford of White Lodging is arranging to park two buses for an in-house group by reserving/bagging meters on the 100 block of 1st Street adjacent to 102 West Main Street (meters 1-109 + 1-107 and 1-105 + 1-103). The short encroachment permit runs January 8–10, 2026; the property is owned by Loumain LLC and a $130 fee has been paid.
