1101 DELOR AVE encroachment permit for LGE pole replacement and lane closure

Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) plans work on Delor Avenue at 1101 Delor Ave — between South Shelby Street and Texas Avenue — that will close the westbound curb lane and the northernmost sidewalk while crews replace 12 utility poles. The owner on record is Matthew Grammer, the project is scheduled from January 7 to April 30, 2026, and LGE says the pole sites will be restored under Louisville Metro Public Works’ restoration policy with line transfers and removals coordinated through NJUNS.
