1224 Pindell Ave encroachment permit issued for pole work and lane closures

Louisville Gas & Electric Company is planning work at 1224 Pindell Ave, a property owned by Oyler John Edw & Gail M. They’ll close the southbound curb lane and the westernmost sidewalk between Fetter and Texas Avenues to replace five utility poles from Jan. 7 to Apr. 30, 2026; line transfers and pole removals will be coordinated through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS) and disturbed areas will be restored under LMPW’s restoration policy, with no street cuts or excavation planned.
