8111 Adams Run Rd encroachment permit in progress for lane closure

Derek Wilkins of Louisville Gas & Electric Company is set to perform overhead electrical work on Adams Run Road (between Adams Run Ct and Long Rifle Ln) affecting the property at 8111 Adams Run Rd, owned by Campbell Brent Allen. The project runs Jan. 6–Feb. 3, 2026, will close the westbound curb lane, involves no pavement cuts, and will handle line transfers and pole removals through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS) — so expect crews and cones but no major digging.
