16013 CUMBERLAND LAKE CIR Emergency MSD PSC repairs in progress

Pace Contracting is handling emergency PSC repairs at 16013 Cumberland Lake Cir for owner Jeffrey W Gaines Living Trust after a broken PSC prompted a road cut and utility repair. Project manager Jonathan Payne says the crew will make a roughly 25' x 25' street cut, close a lane and excavate between the Scenic Lakes Drive intersections, install temporary fencing and no-parking signs for safety, and restore the area to Metro/KYTC specs; work is scheduled from 01/02/2026 to 01/20/2026.
