8708 Pitch Pine Way encroachment permit for small cell pole on Cooper Chapel Rd
Crown Castle Fiber LLC is planning a new small‑cell pole installation near 8708 Pitch Pine Way, with the actual pole to be set at 8010 Cooper Chapel Road between Cedar Meadows Lane and Pitch Pine Way. The project will place a Class 3 wood utility pole about 42 feet above ground and mount an omni antenna plus four radios, with one lane of Cooper Chapel Road closed during work.
