3791 NEWBURG RD encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure and fiber work

Hutchins Telecom will temporarily close a curb lane on Newburg Road to overlash about 1,300 feet of fiber and bore roughly 460 feet between 3905 and 3781 Newburg Road, with work touching 3791 Newburg Road. The property at 3791 Newburg Road (owned by Pinehurst Properties LLP) will see two small dirt cuts — one about 3' x 4' and one 2' x 3' — and crews will keep equipment beyond the shoulder, with restoration (backfill, seed and straw) done per Metro utility policy.
