200 S 7th Street encroachment permit for rooftop HVAC replacement

Padgett Crane will be doing some rooftop heavy lifting at 200 S. 7th St., between W. Jefferson St. and W. Market St., replacing a rooftop HVAC unit for owner Jaytee Properties II SPE LLC with work scheduled Jan. 3–10, 2026. All drive lanes on S. 7th will be affected with sidewalk and road closures (temporary bagged meters for parking); no street cuts are planned—if the sidewalk is damaged a full slab will be replaced—and applicant Steve Brothers (502-724-5622, sbrothers@padgett-inc.com) notes Homewood Suites has been notified and there are no residences within 150 feet.
