Padgett Crane will be doing some rooftop heavy lifting at 200 S. 7th St., between W. Jefferson St. and W. Market St., replacing a rooftop HVAC unit for owner Jaytee Properties II SPE LLC with work scheduled Jan. 3–10, 2026.
