Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will close the westbound curb lane on Trigg Street between Union and Boone to make a single 3' x 5' asphalt cut at 1671 Trigg St to install a new gas service; the property is owned by Pitcock Hilton Parker.
