2623 Lindsay Ave Encroachment Permit Issued

Louisville Gas and Electric will be working on Lindsay Avenue at 2623 Lindsay Ave to close the westbound curb lane between Mount Holly Ave and N Hite Ave so crews can replace two utility poles, transfer the line, and remove an old pole. Owner Oscar Ortiz Ramirez is listed for the property and the work is scheduled for January 1–31, 2026, with notifications handled through the National Joint Utilities Notification System and pavement restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy. There’s a $325 outstanding permit fee on the encroachment permit.
