1395 Lexington Rd encroachment permit for west curb lane closure and pole work

Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will be doing utility work on Lexington Road at 1395 Lexington Rd, with activity between Payne St and Axis Dr and a planned closure of the westbound curb lane from Jan. 1–31, 2026.
