109 E Broadway encroachment permit for sidewalk and lane closures

Louisville Paving & Construction is doing a sanitary sewer service installation and Metro/KYTC‑standard roadway, curb and sidewalk restoration for the JCTC Parking Garage project at 109 E Broadway — the property is owned by the Commonwealth of KY FBO KCTCS. Work is scheduled Jan. 6–20, 2026 and will close the sidewalk, curb lane and the northbound right‑through lane on 2nd Street from West Broadway north for about 250 feet for an approximately 5‑foot‑wide repair; Amy M. Richards is the Louisville Paving contact and Calhoun Construction is the general contractor (rep Sean Nethery).
