4504 South Park Rd encroachment permit issued for Verizon fiber optic work

Verizon — via Power of Design Group on behalf of LTS Managed Technical Services/Verizon Business — has an encroachment permit to run new fiber along South Park Road at 4504 South Park Rd; the property is owned by Ramstein Joe and work is scheduled from 12/27/2025 to 02/27/2026. The crew will install about 2,949 feet of aerial fiber plus 453 feet of bored underground conduit (including one 4'×4' dirt cut and a bore pit) to service the tower at 9403 Blue Lick Rd, with curb-lane closures and flaggers expected; restoration will follow LMG’s utility policy and a KYTC permit is already attached.
