3306 Bridwell Dr encroachment curb cut for new driveway

Alcides Ramirez has applied for an encroachment permit to add a new driveway at 3306 Bridwell Dr, with Morata Construction LLC listed as the owner. The plan calls for an asphalt curb cut; any portion in the Right Of Way can’t exceed 20' and must be a hard, durable surface, while outside the ROW the driveway may be up to half the lot (up to 32%) and must lead to the rear yard or garage.
