4901 OLDE CREEK WAY applied for encroachment permit for Wolf Pen Branch Rd

Louisville Water Company is lining up an encroachment permit to install a top tap on the water main north of Wolf Pen Branch Road at the intersection with Wolf Pen Woods Drive, affecting the area around 4901 Olde Creek Way (owned by the Henry H Kuehn Revocable Trust). The work — performed by MAC Construction and overseen by project manager Joseph Sloan — will close the southwest lane (the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift), includes a small excavation within a 30' x 30' work zone (about a 4' x 5' cut), and is scheduled roughly 12/21/2025–01/31/2026 with residents to be notified at least seven days beforehand.
