742 S Hancock St submitted for encroachment permit to epoxy sewer lining
Robinson Pipe Cleaning (RPC) is set to epoxy-line a 27" sewer at 742 S Hancock St., a property owned by Louisville Metro Housing Authority. The work is scheduled from 12/17/2025 to 02/27/2026, requires two 15'x15' road cuts to access two repair spots, and will close the road between E Jacob St. and Lampton St. while leaving sidewalks open. Final restoration will follow the LMPW Utility Policy Manual, and the project is being paid for by MSD.
