217 SMITHFIELD RD applied for gas service encroachment permit and two dirt cuts
Louisville Gas and Electric will install a new gas service at 217 Smithfield Rd for owner Slat House 217 LLC, performing two 3' x 5' dirt cuts to tie in the lines. Work will close the east- and west-bound curb lanes (not at the same time) on Smithfield between Santee Path and Blakenbaker Lane from Dec. 24, 2025 to Jan. 21, 2026, with the trenches restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy; project contacts are Dillon Graff and Kaitlyn Downs for questions.
