400 E Gray St: Curb lane closure for fiber installation
Team Fishel, working with Messer Construction as part of the U of L Science Building project, will close the curb lane on E Gray St between S Preston St and S Hancock St to remove existing overlashed fiber and overlash new fiber serving 400 E Gray St (owned by Louisville Jefferson County Metro Government). The mobile operation is scheduled for Dec. 22–29, 2025 with short-term flagging and no restoration planned; residents from 400 E Gray St to nearby addresses will be notified in person one week before work and door hangers will be left if crews can’t reach you.
