600 Kirsch Way encroachment permit issued for water main installation

Louisville Water Company has an encroachment permit to install a new water main on Kirsch Way between Callie Drive and Tin Dor Way, affecting the property at 600 Kirsch Way (owner Kyle Robert Pomeroy). Crews will make one large pavement cut — about 4' x 1,539' — and will close the road during work but plate and reopen it at the end of each shift; restoration will follow LMPW utility policy and all markings will be removed when finished. The project, led by project manager Jacob Clark with Basham Construction and inspector Kyle Burke, is slated to run from 12/14/2025 to 03/22/2026 and residents and local agencies have already been notified.
