13000 FACTORY LN encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure and pole work

Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) will be doing utility work on Factory Ln between Service Pl and Pinnacle Gardens Dr at 13000 Factory Ln for property owner Choice Development LLC. The encroachment permit allows closing the westbound curb lane and excavation to install one pole and remove another, with line transfer and pole-removal notifications handled through the National Joint Utilities Notification System and the area restored under the LMPW restoration policy; work is scheduled from January 15 to April 15, 2026.
