11005 Fashion Way encroachment permit issued for gas service work
Louisville Gas and Electric, with applicant Kaitlyn Downs, will close the southbound curb lane on Fashion Way to make two 3' x 5' dirt cuts to install gas services at 11005 Fashion Way. The work on the DSDF LLC–owned property is scheduled from December 19, 2025, to January 16, 2026, will be restored under LMPW’s utility restoration policy, and the record shows $460 in outstanding fees — so think a short-term curb-lane slowdown, not a full road closure.
