7900 Shelbyville Rd encroachment permit issued for AT&T telco cabinet

AT&T is planning to place a 4' x 4' telco cabinet and run underground cable along Christian Way at 7900 Shelbyville Rd (between Shelbyville Rd and Christian Ct), using bores, a 17" x 30" dirt cut for a handhole, a 2' x 2' bore pit, and short lane and verge closures.
