301 YORK ST encroachment permit issued for library renovation parking
Louisville Free Public Library has an encroachment permit to reserve bagged meters on the 700 Block of South 4th Street so construction vehicles and equipment can park while the library at 301 York St is renovated. The Metro project runs from 12/11/2025 to 12/01/2026 at no charge, lists Doug Foster (502-574-1655) as the contact, and notes the site’s individual landmark status means written Urban Design approval will be required.
