515 Tin Dor Way encroachment permit for water main installation

Louisville Water Company is planning to install a new water main that will affect 515 Tin Dor Way, a property owned by Joel Kelly Wilcox, under an encroachment permit for work around Callie Drive and Kirsch Way. The project (Basham Constructions, project manager Jacob Clark) calls for a road closure with the roadway plated and reopened at the end of each work shift, one pavement cut 4' x 575' from 515 Tin Dor Way toward 9816 Callie Drive, and is scheduled from 12/14/2025 to 03/22/2026 with residents notified in advance.
