1405 RUFER AVE Encroachment Permit Issued for gas service and curb lane closure
Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) will be doing a one-time 3' x 5' dirt cut to install a gas service and will close the westbound curb lane on Rufer Ave between Rubel Ave and Edward St at 1405 Rufer Ave. The work for owner Bryan Kevin James runs from 12/17/2025 to 01/14/2026, will include 10 posted no-parking signs, and the cut will be restored under the city's LMPW restoration policy.
