101 W Main St Encroachment Permit for Rooftop HVAC Unit Replacement

HMC Service Co. is replacing a rooftop HVAC unit for the Moxy Hotel at 101 W Main St, a property owned by LOUWEXY LLC. The work is scheduled for Dec. 6–13, 2025 and will close the sidewalk, adjacent curb bicycle lane and two driving lanes between N. 1st Street and N. 2nd Street, with residents and businesses to be notified.
