815 S 45TH ST continuation permit issued for water main on Garland Ave Ext 1

Louisville Water Company (applicant Chance Shely) is back with a continuation permit to install a water main on Garland Ave between S 45th St and S 44th St, impacting the block around 815 S 45th St (owned by Michael and Wanda Holt).
