753 LORETTO AVE Encroachment Permit Issued for Water Main

Louisville Water Company is continuing a water‑main installation that will affect properties along Loretto Ave between Brewster Ave and W Kentucky St, including work at 753 Loretto Ave. The project for owner 502 West Holdings LLC calls for multiple 4‑foot dirt, pavement and sidewalk cuts (one dirt cut as long as 245') and temporary road and sidewalk closures — roads will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift. Seven Seas Construction is the contractor, Chance Shely is the LWC contact, and work is scheduled 12/14/2025–01/03/2026 with restoration to follow LMPW utility policy and resident notifications already sent.
