4300 Taylor Blvd Encroachment Permit for shoulder work and pavement cut

Louisville Water Company is planning a lead-service replacement along Taylor Blvd between Bluegrass Ave and Lynnhurst Ave that will affect the area around 4300 Taylor Blvd, with work scheduled from December 8, 2025, to January 3, 2026. The encroachment permit covers one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the east side, shoulder work and a lane closure; the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift and restoration will follow LMPW utility policy. Property owners are Alhussaninawi Sattar & Weldetinsae A, the contractor is Basham Construction, and residents plus JCPS, TARC, Metro Government and METROSafe/311 have been notified.
