12100 RIDGE RD encroachment permit for Lumos Fiber buried in ROW

Lumos Fiber of Kentucky (project engineer Danielle Allen) is planning to place fiber in the city right-of-way along Ridge Road near 12100 Ridge Rd, starting at Glenbrook Road and running about 2,177 feet through the sidewalk and shoulder. The crew will use directional boring to install two 1.25" HDPE conduits, with lane and sidewalk closures expected between Dec. 15, 2025 and Jan. 16, 2026 during 8 AM–5 PM work hours; Ledcor (Rodney Horning) is the general contractor, Kendall Faulkner is the construction manager, and the property owner is Brian R. Dettman.
