422 Evergreen Rd encroachment permit requested for Lumos Fiber installation

Lumos Fiber (project engineer Danielle Allen) is planning to place fiber in the city right-of-way at 422 Evergreen Rd, working between Cedardale Rd and Old Henry Rd on property owned by Dodd J Michael. The crew will use directional boring to install two 1.25" HDPE conduits and pull/splice fiber for about 663 feet within the sidewalk and shoulder (no full road cut), with possible lane and sidewalk closures, crews on site 8 AM–5 PM from Dec. 15, 2025 to Jan. 16, 2026 — Ledcor is listed as the general contractor.
