802 GRADE LN encroachment permit for lane shift and crosswalk striping

Flynn Brothers Contracting (project manager JD Fiske) will shift the curb lane with flaggers to install new crosswalk striping at 802 Grade Ln. The work is scheduled sometime between Dec. 8–15, 2025 with the actual lane work expected to take one day; the property is owned by BT Property LLC and a restoration plan does not apply.
