4425 W Kentucky St encroachment permit for pavement cut and road closure

Louisville Water Company has an encroachment permit to close W Kentucky St between Riverview Ave and S 45th St for a main replacement at 4425 W Kentucky St (owner: Hill Stella Mae). The crew will cut a 4' x 125' section of asphalt on the south side, plate the road and reopen it at the end of each shift, and the work—handled by Seven Seas Construction with project managers Chance Shely and Kyle Burke—runs from 12/08/2025 to 03/14/2026 with restoration per LMPW utility policy; residents and local agencies were notified on 12/01/2025.
