4526 RIVERVIEW AVE encroachment permit in progress

Louisville Water Company has applied for an encroachment permit to replace lead service lines at 4526 Riverview Ave (owned by Equity Trust Co Cust FBO Russell N D), with one 4' x 195' pavement cut on the south side and a road closure between Southwestern Pkwy and W Kentucky St. Work is scheduled from 12/07/2025 to 03/14/2026, the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift, Seven Seas Construction is the contractor, and project manager Chance Shely says residents were notified on 12/01/2025 and city agencies like JCPS, TARC, MetroSafe and 311 were alerted—so expect some short-term disruption on Riverview.
