14310 Old Henry Rd encroachment permit issued for gas service installation

Louisville Gas & Electric Company has an encroachment permit to close the north- and southbound curb lanes on Old Henry Road between Factory Lane and Sycamore Falls Drive to install a gas service at 14310 Old Henry Rd. The crew will perform two 3' x 5' dirt cuts (to be restored under LMPW's utility restoration policy); this continues a prior permit, is planned for Dec. 1–29, 2025 but work hasn't started yet, and the property is owned by TPSCC R E Old Henry LLC with $460 in outstanding fees.
