3316 Hale Ave encroachment permit PW-REP-25-02781 issued

Louisville Water Company (applicant Chance Shely) is continuing a lead service-line replacement at 3316 Hale Ave for owner Karen Dennison, with work scheduled from 11/30/2025 to 12/13/2025.
