1323 Walter Ave continued permit for encroachment, road closure lead replacement

Louisville Water Company is continuing a lead service-line replacement at 1323 Walter Ave (owner: Lewis Mark K), working between Lonsdale Ave and Taylor Blvd. The job includes one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the south side, with the road closed during shifts but plated and reopened at the end of each workday; restoration will follow LMPW utility policy and nearby residents plus JCPS, TARC, Metro Government, METROSafe and 311 were notified.
